    Dennis Dooley

    Hi all,

I am reading an interesting book: Mindfulness in Music – Notes on Finding Life’s Rhythm by Mark Tanner.

In one of her blogposts Melanie Spanswick was giving away a copy of this book and it seemed quite interesting. As I was not the lucky winner I purchased a copy online.

I read this intelligent quote that makes one think about the meaning of mindfulness: “Music with dinner is an insult both to the cook and the violinist.” — G.K. Chesterton, English writer and philosopher.

    Food for thought.
